Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Zoonix LLC ("we") about the game Gem Duel. By playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

Gem Duel is a puzzle game you play against other players or against the computer. We may change, add or remove features, and we may change the balance of the game (for example scores, rewards and prices in coins) at any time.

2. Your account

The game creates a guest account for you automatically. You may sign in with Google or Facebook to keep your progress. You are responsible for what happens under your account. A guest account that is not signed in can be lost if you lose your phone or clear the game's data.

3. Coins and purchases

Coins, boosters, characters, chests and other items are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to other people.
You can buy coins with real money through Google Play. Payments, taxes and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms. Ask Google Play for a refund first; if you have a problem, write to us and we will help.
Everything coins unlock can also be earned by playing.
If you delete your account, the coins and items in it are deleted too and cannot be restored.

4. Fair play

Do not cheat, use modified versions of the game, automate play, exploit bugs, or interfere with the service or with other players. We may remove progress gained unfairly and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Names and photos. If you sign in, other players can see your name and, if you switch it on, your profile photo. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or pretend to be someone else. Players can report a name or photo after a match. We review reports and may switch an account to a nickname and a game character, or suspend or close it.

5. Our rights

The game, its artwork, sounds, names and code belong to Zoonix LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to play it. You may not copy, sell or modify the game.

6. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We try to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that online matches will never be interrupted.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zoonix LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country does not allow us to limit.

8. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting the consumer protections of the country where you live.
