Delete your Gem Duel account

Gem Duel by Zoonix LLC

In the game (fastest)

Open Gem Duel.
On the home screen, tap Account.
Tap Delete my account, then tap again to confirm.

Your account is deleted from our server at once.

By email

If you cannot open the game, write to info@zoonixgroup.com with the subject "Delete my Gem Duel account". Tell us the display name shown on your Account screen (for example "Zara42") and, if you signed in with Google or Facebook, the email address you used. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account ID and display name.
Your saved progress: coins, trophies, level, boosters, characters, missions and chests.
Your email address, name, photo address and sign-in link, if you signed in with Google or Facebook.
Your place on the leaderboard.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of online matches you played are deleted automatically 1 day after the match. They contain a display name and moves, not your email.
Server logs with technical data such as IP addresses are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time for security.
Google Play keeps its own record of your purchases under your Google account. We cannot delete that; see your Google Play order history.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Coins and items in the account, including coins you bought, are lost.
